In one of those strange mysterious events of life, my room smells like apples.
This is weird, as a) I don’t have any apples in my room and b) my room got cleaned on Tuesday. People are beginning to comment on it, and also look around for apples. Finding none, their eyes alight on the next closest thing, kiwi fruit. ‘Oh! It must be the kiwis!!’ they exclaim.
I find it mildly worrying that people who have got into university actually don’t know that kiwis don’t smell like apples.
I find it even more worrying that I have smelt my kiwis (and no, that’s not a euphemism Tom), and they don’t smell like apples.
The only remotely apple-scented thing I have in my entire room is a gel pen, and it’s not that strong, it has a lid AND it’s in a package so it’s not that…
Hmm…
Yes, this is a short blog but I have to get that randomness off my chest.
And before I leave..
Questions you should never hear uni students ask:
1. What’s itunes?
2. What’s a pub quiz?
I have heard both of those questions asked seriously this week, and I fear for the future of the human race as both the people who asked those questions are doing Medicine degrees and hope to be doctors one day…

Wow, apples… Haha, my sister’s eating an apple with carmamel right now. Hehe. Anyways… Hehe, those are funny questions from college students!
Hmm.. Im not sure what that apple scent could be? Maybe the cleaner put apple air freshner round, and it only started smelling
I would be slightly scared if those people who are taking medicine dont know what a pub quiz is.. Fancie them being your doctor!

Haha. It was prob the med students who don’t have a live and only managed to get into notts because they swotted constantly and never go out.

Smelling your kiwis? I see… no comment. However, perhaps your room smells of apples because somebody is sneakily sticking invisible apples to your ceiling… (not guilty)

Apples?! Wow! I totally want to smell your room, apples smell lovley. Maybe you should charge people for an apple hunt in your room, and when they find the apples they have a prize. BUT! They’ll NEVER FIND THE APPLES!!

Knowing what’s inside the human body and being able to diagonise things and not know what a pub quiz is…I just hope nobody calls 999 in the middle of a pub quiz, they’ll be all clueless:S
I wish my room could smell of apples. Anyway, it sounds like certain people at your uni are not all that bright. Well, at least they managed to clock there was an apple smell.
