My first two exams went okay, there was something really obvious I shouldn’t picked up on in my English Language paper but didn’t *sigh* Oh well, I rarely do obvious so hopefully they’ll give me marks for my ‘deeper’ points 
I’m not sure if I’ll do better than the first time around though; the questions were much better but I didn’t write a whole lot. Still, it’s too late now. My Russia paper was better than the first time around, mainly because it was actually on something I like, Russia in WW1 and the October Manifesto of 1905, rather than Lenin and the Bolsheviks, or the Provisional Government which I always find hard to talk about for some reason. Oh, and also, while we were sitting the exam there was a power cut. The exam room has about 3 tiny windows, and it’s a huge room. So the guy was like, okay, you can sit back and relax until the power comes back on, and we’ll add the time on at the end. Luckily I was pretty near a window and carried on writing (he said that was fine). Then for some reason, when the lights came back on again, he added loads of extra time on the end – about double the 10, 15 mins we should have had. Lucky for people resitting last year’s Italy paper, since the time pressure in that is intense (you have to write 2 essays including loads of specific facts off the top of your head in an hour). In fact, what was supposed to be a 1 hr 30 exam lasted for over 2 hours. I even had time to go back and add stuff to all my other answers (although thinking about it now, there are a few more things I would’ve changed). Hopefully I’ll get more than a C this time around. Last year’s examiner marked very harshly I think :sick:
So, I have 3 exams left, one of which is another resit that I HAVE to do really well in to pull my English Lit. grade up, one Italy one which I’ve sort of started revising, and a Geography one which I really need to start studying for lol 
Yep…all these exams and I even managed to reply to 127 emails yesterday. Not bad going 
I may even get started on my u2us today, you never know. Okay I’m going to go and comment at some sites who commented last entry now

I prefer exams where I actually enjoy the subject its on too

Lol, extra time = yay! At my school there’s the 11+, 7+ and 16+ exams tomorrow, so yeah, exams EVERYWHERE!

I start midterm exams this Tuesday, and I also have to start studying… Wow, 127 emails is a lot! I don’t think I’ve even ever gotten 127 emails, lol… I usually get about 5 a day,

Congratulations on your exams! I wouldn’t have had a fairer teacher than yours. Last time when my school had a power cut, my friend was using a computer and all her unsaved work was gone! But luckily I was at the other end of the school drawing a leaf so good luck to me

Yeesh they sure give you college students a LOT of work!! I’m currently going through finals at my high school, but it’s not anywhere NEAR as hectic as your’s are, yet my engergy is drained!! How do ya college students do it?

Hey! I’m sure you did really well on your English paper, at your level they probably give better marks for answers with more thought behind them.
The power cut was kind of like a blessing in disguise because you were still near the window so you could get loads done.
