Back again lol

I went to Wales for the weekend and it was fun, except that I had to get up at 6:45am on a SUNDAY (who even knew such a time existed?! ) in order to be back for a christening of my dad’s friend’s kid, which I didn’t go to because I was too tired lol. On the plus side, the roads were so quiet that the 45 min trip took us about 20 mins. That and the fact that my dad pays little to no attention to speed limits lol. So by the time we got back it was about 9-10am, whereas it’s normally about 2pm. Unfortunately, I wasted all this extra time by going to bed and sleeping until about 3pm.
As well as being exhausted from getting up so early after lots of late nights and getting up at midday, it was (and still is) very very humid and sticky, which made me even more sleepy.
I babysat last night, and the two older kids (3 and 2) kept waking up because they were too hot. They were very good though considering, and they were nice enough to start crying in all the scenes of ‘She’s All That’ which I particularly dislike, for example the weird modern dance thing and the nasty pubes scene. I got home pretty early, about 11:30ish and went on the Internet till about 3-4am; in which time I managed to fix the Starstruck Zine!     Hah. I laugh. I’ve had to wake up at 6:15 for dance last week and this week. Ya. It’s really hot and humid here as well. Haha. Oh yay :)

    I HATE waking up at that time! Lol. I’m happy that you fixed the Zine, I haven’t posted for a while. Lol. But I’ll get to it. :) I babysat a lil 3 week old baby. She’s so sweet.

    wales sounds like fun, although i hate to wake up early also. the noise of the alarm clock…..i don’t know something about it just makes me so angry. for four years i had to wake up at 5:30 am for school, which is why i’ve been sleeping in all summer.

    I know what you mean about being exhausted from latenights and waking up latethen waking up early. For July I had a habit of staying up late and waking up from 11pm-3am then I started rowing where i have to wake up at 9:30

    I’m glad you had fun, I read your entry from going to London as well, I love London I went there this summer too, and I agree it’s really different than most places.
